- Site Survey
Each RAM Wireless installation starts out with a comprehensive site survey. We come out with the equipment, set it up on tripods and conduct a fair assessment of what your installation is going to take to make it work reliably every time, all the time. Site surveys are a low cost consulting measure designed to give you the best idea how wireless technology will work within your particular environment.
- Installation
Installations are on a fixed bid. After the site survey, we will know what it will cost and will advise you of the pitfalls that may occur and the benefits on Return on Investment. We stand by all of our installations and provide a 90 day performance guarantee based on agreed criteria.
- Project Management
Installations require extensive project management. Some customers go with our entire package of services including a broadband provider, some elect to use their broadband provider and our build-out. In any case, we will work with the broadband provider and any contractors to assure the job gets done right. We only require you to give us the authority to act as your voice when dealing with any contractors outside of RAM Wireless LLC.
- Support
We provide 24/7 support to our installations -- meaning we will assure that the hardware is up and stable. Our alert mechanisms provide us instant status of any trouble that may arise short of user error. Should a user require support, we will provide complimentary help to a point short of PC/user malfunction. Extended support agreements are available.
